We are committed to complying with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Subject to the exceptions in the Fifth Schedule of the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (“PDPA”), you have the right to request a copy of your Personal Information, as well as how this information has been used or disclosed in the past one year. A modest charge may be levied for this.

Accuracy of Your Information

We require your Personal Information to be accurate and up to date. If any of the Personal Information you have provided to us changes, you may ask us to correct or remove inaccurate information you are unable to change yourself.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for our collection, use and disclosure of Personal information and request that we stop processing your Personal information.

Our Response to Your Requests

We will respond to your requests for access or correction or your notice of withdrawal of consent as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. Note that for withdrawal of consent, we will generally process your request within 10 days, and if that is not possible within 30 days.

Do note that we may not be obliged to comply with your requests under certain conditions as prescribed by the applicable law. In such an event, we will notify you accordingly of the basis for not acceding to your request.

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use all reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

All of our employees who deal with Personal information are trained in the proper handling and protection of Personal Data.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 13 ("Child" or "Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we will take the necessary steps to remove that information from our servers.

EU General Data Protection Regulation

Where we collect, use or disclose the personal data of residents of the EU, we will also comply with any specific requirement of the GDPR:

  • We will obtain express consent from you for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data. Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy signifies that consent.
